You will support sales, present products to customers, coordinate MIS-driven production, and ensure orders stay on schedule from kickoff to delivery. A detail-oriented mindset and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite programs.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Very detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support designated sales staff by cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with their customers and clients.
• Act as your sales partner’s right-hand by discussing and presenting company products and services confidently and knowledgeably to customers, educating them on the latest trends and products that will work best for their needs.
• Work with clients/customers to creatively find solutions to issues that arise.
• Oversee and manage all incoming order production from start to finish.
• Kick-off the job process in MIS system, ensuring jobs are scheduled in the production queue.
• Review and organize the varying components of each job, ensuring they accurately match the original estimates.
• Prepare and communicate order specifications to participating departments.
• Coordinate with the shipping department regarding delivery dates.
• Provide updates to all participating departments in a timely manner.
• Manage all incoming phone calls with a cheerful and helpful attitude.
