Overview

CPCneutek is a prominent print and packaging company with locations in Ogden, Utah; Grand Junction, Colorado; and Albuquerque, New Mexico. We offer Commercial Offset, Folding Carton, Packaging, Flexo, Digital Flexo, Wide Format and Digital short run printing.

This position requires applicants to have a minimum of 5 years of working experience within a printing facility.

Role Description

CPCneutek in Grand Junction, Colorado has a full-time Customer Service Representative / Project Manager position available for the right person with a strong understanding and experience in the printing industry. We are a successful, growing, full-service, commercial printing company seeking a person to work in our high-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with sales representatives assisting them with calls, emails, quotes, and orders.
• Address any complaints and concerns from clients and help to facilitate satisfactory solutions.
• Ensure costs are captured correctly on invoices.
• Coordinate with the production team to meet client deadlines and quality expectations.
• Communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of printing experience.
• Ability to understand and use computer programs and software such as Excel, Word and Google Docs.
• Applicants with experience in graphics programs such as InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop will be given special consideration.
• Highly motivated, high-energy, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking in a high-stress, team environment.

Work Environment & Schedule

The scheduled hours for this position are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday; hours may vary depending on workload.
