Job summary

Resource Label Group is seeking a Press Support Associate to assist Press Operators in setting up and operating a printing press for pressure sensitive labels on paper, plastic, foil, and film materials. The role offers onsite training and growth opportunities within a skilled trade in printing.

Pay range is $17.00–$19.00 per hour. This position emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety rules, and maintenance duties to ensure efficient production and product quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• 1 year of manufacturing, printing, or packaging experience preferred
• Ability to read safety rules and operating/instruction manuals
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic
• Ability to read rulers and measurement devices
• Regular standing and walking, ability to lift up to 50 lb
• Vision requirements incl. color and depth perception

Responsibilities

• Follow guidance from Press Operator
• Load dies into press and install print cylinders
• Fill ink pans, screens and pumps with inks
• Adjust stock alignment and press speed
• Inspect prints for defects and adjust as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping
• Assist with routine maintenance as directed
