Qualifications

• Minimum two years of industrial printing experience and ability to read production specs.
• Mechanical aptitude for setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Good communication and teamwork; safety-conscious and able to follow procedures.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35–50 lbs and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the printing press to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Perform set-ups, load materials, and maintain ink and sleeves.
• Monitor color, width, length, and plant ink colors per job ticket.
• Record production data and support sanitation and safety policies.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and downtime reduction.
