Autajon Packaging in Nashua, NH is seeking a 2nd Man to support the Printing Press operation on a high-speed sheet-fed press. You will assist the Pressman, hang plates, load ink, and perform color matching to ensure exact color matches and quality before moving to die-cutting.

Responsibilities

• Printing Press Operation high speed sheet fed printing press.
• Supports the Printing Pressman in all aspects of the press operation.
• Help to oversee the work of the Feeder.
• Hangs plates on press.
• Loads ink in press.
• Performs frequent color match utilizing computerized equipment.
• Is responsible for press speed and the efficient use of the press.
• Performs frequent quality checks and approvals as per policy.
• Inspects the finished product for quality prior to its moving on to Die Cutting.
• Helps to keep the work area clean and orderly.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
