Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Printing Press Operator for the 1st shift at our Flemington, NJ facility. You will support production operations, ensure quality standards, and maintain a safe, efficient plant environment while operating various presses and following SOPs.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with 3–5 years of machine operation experience. Overtime may be required; basic computer knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a machine operator role, or 5 years of experience in a machine operator role.
• Ability to work required overtime as needed.
• Post-high school education is a plus.
• Basic computer knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor printing presses (Offset, Wolverine, Windmill, Mark Andy) following SOPs and safety procedures.
• Complete press setups and changeovers, prepare plates, lot codes, and date codes for production runs.
• Monitor print quality and process performance, make adjustments to meet specifications.
• Document production and quality data and maintain records of solvent and ink usage.
• Troubleshoot equipment, process, and material issues and escalate as needed.
• Support training and continuous improvement activities within operations.
• Communicate effectively in English (spoken and written).
