Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, including presses and bindery machines.
• Perform routine mechanical tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, part replacement, and adjustments.
• Assist with preventive maintenance to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Respond to maintenance calls and support equipment inspections on the floor.
• Follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and hazard reporting.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and keep work areas organized.
