Job summary

ProAmpac Cincinnati, OH facility is hiring for a 12-hour shift printer/press operator. This essential role supports a fast-paced production line handling flexographic printing with emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Overtime, strong time management, and the ability to work nights (8pm–8am) are required. Qualified candidates will have at least two years of flexographic printing experience, be able to set up presses, monitor color/registration, and maintain a clean, safe work environment

Qualifications

• Minimum two-year flexographic printing experience.
• Exceptional time management and organization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Available to work 12 hours shift plus overtime. 8pm to 8am (2,2,3 schedule).
• Maintain presses to ensure color, registration, varnish and quality meet specs.
• Operate press safely and maximize productive output with minimal scrap.
• Read and follow work instructions and specifications to meet production standards.
• Keep the press area clean and orderly; follow GMP and ISO/AIB requirements.
