Job summary

The Performance Group is seeking a Printing Press Operator in the Lebanon, PA area to join a team-focused environment. You will set up and operate rotogravure presses, monitor color accuracy, and troubleshoot issues to meet quality and productivity goals.

We offer a direct-hire opportunity with a 2-2-3 night shift schedule (7pm–7am) and a comprehensive benefits package including retirement, medical, dental, and paid time off. Safety and teamwork are emphasized as core values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years web handling experience.
• 2+ years rotogravure press experience.
• Ability to distinguish colors accurately.
• Computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate rotogravure press to meet quality/productivity goals.
• Monitor color accuracy and print quality.
• Troubleshoot equipment and printing issues.
• Follow all safety and chemical handling procedures.
• Inspect and correct materials during production.
• Complete required documentation.
• Assist with training team members.
• Communicate with supervisors, maintenance, and co-workers.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and support process improvements.
