Qualifications

• 3+ years in a professional pressroom or high-volume manufacturing setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, perform repetitive bending, and operate pallet jacks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to follow technical instructions and work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute makeready processes and manage sheet feeding for multi-color, high-speed presses.
• Handle substrates including paper, board, foil, and plastic to ensure optimal results.
• Troubleshoot feeding challenges and perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with lead press operator to uphold quality benchmarks and productivity goals.
• Maintain workplace organization and safety compliance on the production floor.
• Ensure materials are staged and ready for continuous press operation.
