Qualifications

3+ years management experience in a MANUFACTURING plant - REQUIRED
Experience in a high-mix, high-volume production environment (managing runs ranging from thousands to hundreds of thousands of parts).
3+ years’ experience in an ISO9001 certified operation
3+ years’ experience in 5S and lean manufacturing environment
Experience with hydraulic and or mechanical presses is a major plus (stamping, fine blanking, powder metal)
A thorough understanding of print reading and geometric tolerancing
Proficiency in a Microsoft Office environment
