The role focuses on keeping printing machines running at peak efficiency, performing preventive maintenance, changeovers and timely repairs in a fast-paced production setting. You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, inspect equipment, document work orders, and communicate any performance or safety concerns to supervision.

Qualifications

• Two years' maintenance experience in a fast-paced or high-speed environment.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Good understanding of pneumatics and use of basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical machine issues and perform emergency repairs.
• Execute work orders and repairs, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Communicate performance issues to supervisor to protect production and quality.
• Perform changeovers (mandrel changes, flame setup, conveyors, feed screws) efficiently.
• Record production issues on shift reports and update equipment schedule.
• Inspect and maintain color heads and various machine parts (filters, belts, etc.).
