Job summary

Seaway Printing in De Pere, Wisconsin, is seeking a machine operator to set up, troubleshoot, and run assigned equipment. You will focus on productivity, quality, safety, and housekeeping while meeting daily production goals.

The role requires basic troubleshooting and accurate data recording, with emphasis on attention to detail and collaborative work. Training is provided in a climate-controlled, modern workspace with 1st shift hours and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing environment experience preferred or prior bindery experience preferred, but not required
• 3+ months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Set up, make ready, and operate equipment
• Perform quality checks and stack finished product
• Record production data with accuracy
• Keen attention to detail
• Troubleshoot and perform minor mechanical maintenance
• Identify operational improvements as needed
• Runs equipment at optimal level at all times to meet daily production goals (OEE and OTD)
• Maintains work area and tools
• Adheres to work quality standards, standard of work, and safety standards
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned
