Standard Printing Company in Canton, Ohio seeks an experienced Head Pressman to lead our press operations fleet of large-format, multi-color sheetfed offset presses. You will act as the technical authority on the pressroom floor, setting quality standards, mentoring operators, and driving productivity on G7-certified production runs.

Commercial printing experience is required, with a minimum of 5 years in offset presses and strong color management expertise.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support ISO/quality management systems.

Standard Printing Company is seeking an experienced Head Pressman to lead press operations across our fleet of large-format, multi-color sheetfed offset presses. In this role, you will serve as the technical authority on the pressroom floor — setting quality standards, mentoring press operators, and driving productivity on G7-certified production runs. We invest in our equipment so our people can do their best work. Our sheetfed fleet includes:

• 2021 – 64" KBA 6-Color – aqueous coater, in-line color control & sheet inspection, board configuration
• 2013 – 64" KBA 6-Color – aqueous coater, in-line color control
• 2010 – 73" Manroland 6-Color LED UV – UV/aqueous coater
• 2008 – 40" Komori 8-Color Perfector – aqueous coater

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as lead operator and on-floor technical resource for the pressroom
