Qualifications

• 5+ years of offset press experience.
• Experience with Heidelberg, Komori, KBA etc. strongly preferred.
• Ability to read job tickets, measurements and basic production documentation.
• Team-oriented with strong attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and run offset printing presses to meet production and quality standards.
• Perform make-ready, color matching, and press adjustments throughout production runs.
• Monitor print quality and make real-time adjustments as needed.
• Follow job tickets and production schedules while maintaining efficiency.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance and keep equipment in good working condition.
• Identify and escalate quality issues to minimize downtime and waste.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Oliver Inc. is seeking an experienced Offset Pressman Operator to join our team. In this role, you'll take ownership of press operations from setup to production, ensuring high-quality output that meets customer specifications.

About The Role

In this opportunity as a Pressman Operator, you will:

You're a fit for the role of Pressman Operator if your background includes:

• Ability to read job tickets, measurements, and basic production documentation
