Job summary

REDWALLPRINTS is seeking a Reclaim Room Associate in Oak Creek, WI. You will support the production line by preparing screens, removing ink, and maintaining clean, organized work areas. The role requires quick, accurate work and follow-through on safety procedures.

This full-time position involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and occasional weekend/overtime work. Prior graphic arts familiarity is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret work orders and instructions.
• Ability to identify colors accurately.
• Solid basic math skills for counting and measuring.
• Able to learn and follow standard operating procedures.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Willingness to work weekends or overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Remove tape from screens by hand.
• Remove ink and screen emulsion using chemicals and water spray.
• Clean and degrease screens with chemicals.
• Organize and sort screens.
• Coat screens with photo emulsion using coating machines.
• Wash out exposed screens with water pressure.
• Notify supervisor of discrepancies.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
