Printing - Customer Service Representative

Position Overview

As a CSR, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. You will serve as the primary internal representative of our organization, conveying our expertise in products and services, and educating the community and customers about our offerings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, both in-person and via phone.
• Provide information about products, take orders, and handle complaints.
• Convey customer requirements to support teams and ensure proper follow-up.
• Assist in attracting new customers through product and service inquiries.
