Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Significant can manufacturing, coil coating, printing, or related experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% to Evansville, IN, Richmond, IN, and Hazleton, PA.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment, process optimization, and CI.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring tools.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and CI methodologies.
• AutoCAD proficiency preferred.
• Familiar with coatings, ovens, oxidizers, heat recovery, and LEL detectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant project initiatives and optimize processes.
• Improve quality, safety, and production efficiency.
• Support coil coating, printing, curing ovens, oxidizers, and heat recovery systems.
• Troubleshoot complex manufacturing equipment and identify root causes.
• Lead equipment installations, audits, overhauls, and qualification activities.
• Collaborate with plant teams and OEMs to develop new products.
• Train operators and maintenance staff on equipment setup and safety.
• Ensure safety compliance including LOTO, guarding, confined space.
