Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Significant experience in can manufacturing, coil coating, or printing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% to support multiple plants.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvements to enhance quality, safety, and production efficiency.
• Support coil coating, printing, curing ovens, oxidizers, and heat recovery systems.
• Troubleshoot complex manufacturing equipment and determine root causes.
• Lead equipment installations, audits, overhauls, and qualification activities.
• Collaborate with plant teams and OEMs to develop new products and manufacturing solutions.
• Train operators and maintenance staff on equipment setup, operation and safety.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards including LOTO and machine guarding.
