Base pay range

$26.00/hr - $26.00/hr

Job Summary:

• Driving: This does require driving a personal vehicle for service call visits and toner/supplies delivery.
• Interview Type: Virtual at first, then in-person for final candidate determination.
• You will be responsible for checking Service Now tickets and answering phone calls to respond to service requests and printer supply deliveries on a day-to-day basis.
• Looking for someone who has worked with printers previously, with some network/IT knowledge.
• This position involves working with Ricoh printers, moving desktop printers, delivering toner and other consumable parts throughout an entire hospital system, including remote clinics.
• Lots of walking required, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Required: driving a personal vehicle to remote locations.
• Parking is free.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with additional education preferred.
• IT Help Desk Support experience (application & hardware support).
• Technical Training & Certifications: Client Certifications.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong technical knowledge of network and site-specific printers, and company products.

WORKING CONDITIONS, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level.
• Requires internal contact within department and with other corporate personnel, and external contact with customers, agencies, vendors, etc.
• Work assignments are diversified.
• Examples of past precedent are used to resolve work problems.
• New alternatives may be developed to resolve problems.
• Modest physical effort is required. Work does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically weigh less than 20 lbs. (e.g., papers, books, files, and small parts).
• Requires moderate dexterity – regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, and eye/hand coordination).
