Job summary

Reprographic Products Group is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform maintenance and service for wide-format printing systems across our service area.

You will diagnose hardware/software issues, install firmware updates, and deliver an exceptional service experience to AEC, federal, and commercial accounts. Daily travel and lifting up to 50 lbs are required, with career growth opportunities and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience servicing large-format printers (HP/Xerox/MUTOH or similar).
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel daily within the region.

Reprographic Products Group (RPG), a regional leader in wide-format printing and imaging technology (HP, Xerox, MUTOH, Fluid Color), is actively seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and emergency service for wide-format printing systems
• Diagnose hardware/software issues and install firmware updates
• Deliver an exceptional service experience to a professional client base (AEC, federal, and commercial accounts)
• Complete service calls with attention to detail, documentation, and follow-through

• 2+ years of experience servicing HP, Xerox, MUTOH, or similar large-format printers
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong computer literacy and troubleshooting skills, CompTIA certifications (A+, Network+)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Willing to travel daily within the assigned region
