Duration: 12 months revolving (long-term + benefits)

Location: Bedford, MA

Summary

Responsible for printer break-fix, repair, diagnosis, and parts ordering.

Daily Responsibilities

• Respond to dispatched service and supply calls within SLA using Lexmark systems.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Lexmark products to OEM standards.
• Communicate regularly with customers regarding call status and updates.
• Assist and train customers on product features as needed.
• Perform device repairs and complete Total Service Call Procedures before leaving the site.
• Document all activities including call acceptance, updates, closure, and parts tracking.
• Manage local parts inventory and document properly.
• Collect meter reads when necessary.
• Maintain a professional appearance and communication style.

Additional Responsibilities

• Support special projects and activities as needed.
• Collaborate during print technology implementations, including inventory, MADC tracking, and consumables management.
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions for backup support.
• Improve diagnostic processes and optimize printer fleet aligned with customer standards.

Experience & Skills

• 2-5 years experience in printer or imaging device service preferred.
• Strong electro-mechanical skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Good administrative and computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office and Lexmark products is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly.
• Background check required.
