Circuit Spring is seeking a hands-on PCB production team member in Lenexa, KS. You will gain exposure to the entire PCB assembly and fulfillment process, working across multiple stations and learning calibration, inspections, inventory control, and shipping.

Qualifications

• Experience in PCB assembly, electronics manufacturing, or mechanical assembly is preferred.
• Ability to participate across multiple production stages and learn quickly.

Responsabilités

• Support all aspects of the manufacturing process as needed.
• Assemble sub-assemblies using written procedures.
• Perform post-assembly cleaning and inspection.
• Prepare assemblies for post-inspection washing and operate PCA wash process.
• Test PCAs using written procedures.
• Prepare, serialize, and pack PCAs for shipping with standard documents.
• Verify shipment documents and create electronic shipments with carriers.
• Receive and verify incoming shipments against POs/invoices.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Preferred: soldering experience.

At Circuit Spring, you won't be limited to a single workstation or repetitive task. This role is designed for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and contributing across multiple areas of the manufacturing process. As part of our cross-trained production team, you'll gain experience throughout the entire PCB assembly and fulfillment process, building a well-rounded understanding of electronics manufacturing.

Responsibilities may include supporting PCB assembly operations, component and product calibration, visual quality inspections, inventory management, materials handling, packaging and shipping, and other production activities. You'll have the opportunity to work with production equipment, learn quality standards, assist with inventory accuracy, and help ensure products are built and delivered to customer expectations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some PCB assembly, electronics manufacturing, production, or mechanical assembly experience who is looking to expand their knowledge and develop a broader manufacturing skill set. Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of the manufacturing process as business needs require.
• Assemble sub-assemblies using written assembly procedures.
• Complete post-assembly cleaning and inspection.
• Prepare assemblies for post-inspection washing and operate the PCA wash process.
• Use written test procedures to functionally test PCAs.
• Prepare, serialize, and pack PCAs for shipping following standard processes.
• Ensuring all necessary shipping documents are accurately completed.
• Review packing slip for shipping instructions to create shipment electronically with designated carrier.
• Receive incoming shipments, verifying their contents against purchase orders or invoices.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate reorder needs to management.
• Preferred: Soldering experience
