Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage subscriptions and the subscriptions platform for all print publications, including payments, renewals, and reporting.
• Maintain subscriber data and mailing addresses in systems like SimpleCirc or Monday.com.
• Provide timely customer service and communicate with printers and post offices as needed.
• Coordinate with editorial, production, and design teams to align subscription promotions with print schedules.
• Generate weekly revenue and subscriber growth reports for management.
