Staples Print Solutions in-store is seeking a Print Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and deliver professional print products using available equipment. You will contribute to a team-focused retail culture and support customers with printing needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering Print Solutions and respond quickly.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand print needs.
• Use order intake tools to capture project info and offer total print solution.
• Assist customers with self-service tasks using copiers and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions to generate potential leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (e.g., shipping).
