Qualifications

• Basic computer skills to open, save and send files; familiarity with MS Word or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the Print Solutions department and respond promptly.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand print needs and build relationships.
• Capture project details using order intake tools to propose total print solutions.
• Assist customers with self-service tasks using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions to generate potential leads and opportunities.
• Be flexible to perform other duties, such as helping with shipping.
