Job summary

Staples, Inc. is hiring a Print Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service for print needs and to finish products using in-store equipment. You will contribute to a friendly, team-oriented retail culture and support customers with a wide range of printing tasks.

Role includes greeting customers, capturing project details, offering total print solutions, assisting with self-service tasks, and generating leads. Flexible part-time hours with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the Print Solutions department and respond quickly.
• Ask open ended questions to understand copy print needs.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and offer solutions.
• Assist customers with self-service tasks using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions to generate potential leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (shipping, etc.).
