• Greet customers in the Print Solutions department and respond quickly
• Ask open-ended questions to understand copy/print needs
• Capture project information using order intake tools and offer total print solutions
• Assist customers with tasks in self-service area including copy machines
• Ask qualifying questions to generate potential leads
• Perform other duties as assigned (e.g., shipping)
• Maintain honesty and integrity with customer and business information
• Lift and move supplies in the 10–50 pound range
• Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
