Staples is seeking a Print Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service while producing professional print results in the Print Solutions department. You will use print and production equipment, contribute to a friendly, team-oriented store culture, and participate in immediate training for printing tasks.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule based on store needs.
• Ability to assist many customers with a total print solution.

• Basic computer skills to open, save, send files and use Word.
• Collaborative, high paced and able to manage conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and respond quickly in the Print Solutions department.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand print needs.
• Capture project information with intake tools and propose a total print solution.
• Assist customers with self-service area and PC rentals.
• Support shipping tasks and other duties as assigned.
