Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs.
• Ability to interact with many customers and provide total solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot quality issues.
• Basic computer skills to open, save and send files and use Word or similar programs.
• Capable of collaborating in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful retail environment.
• Ability to manage conflict in a calm, cooperative manner.
• Honesty and integrity with customer and business information.
• Ability to lift and move supplies 10–50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the Print Solutions department and respond promptly.
• Ask open-ended questions to build relationships and understand print needs.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and propose total print solutions.
• Assist customers with self-service tasks using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions during consultations to generate potential leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (e.g., assist with shipping).
