Job summary

Staples is hiring Print Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service and finish high-quality print projects. You will greet customers, assess needs, and recommend print solutions while collaborating with a team in a fast-paced retail setting.

Training provided and opportunities for growth. This role emphasizes customer relationships, accurate order intake, and support in self-service areas, with compensation based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work a part-time schedule based on store needs.
• Ability to assist customers and operate basic copy/print tools.
• Capable of lifting 10–50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the Print Solutions department and respond quickly.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand copy/print needs and build relationships.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and propose total print solutions.
• Assist customers with tasks in the self-service area using copy machines and PCs.
• Ask qualifying questions during consultations to generate leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (e.g., shipping tasks).
