Staples, Inc. is hiring for a Print Specialists role in the Print Solutions department. You will provide excellent customer service, help customers with their print needs, and operate print and copy equipment to deliver finished products.

You will greet customers, ask questions to uncover needs, capture project details, and guide them to a complete print solution. The position requires adaptability and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly customer service in a retail or service setting.
• Familiarity with print or copy shop workflows is a plus.
• Ability to operate basic copy/print equipment and software is beneficial.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the Print Solutions department and respond quickly and attentively.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand customers' print needs and build relationships.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and offer a total print solution.
• Assist customers with tasks in the self-service area using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions during consultations to generate potential leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (e.g., assist with shipping).
