Job summary

Staples is hiring to support its Print Solutions department in-store. You will greet customers, understand their copy and print needs, and provide end-to-end print solutions while ensuring excellent service in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environment.

The role offers flexible part-time hours, training provided, and opportunities for career growth within Staples’ print services. You’ll work closely with teammates to deliver high-quality printed materials and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and willingness to help customers.
• Ability to follow print solutions processes and guide customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the Print Solutions department and respond quickly and attentively.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand copy/print needs and build relationships.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and offer appropriate print solutions.
• Assist customers with self-service tasks using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions during consultations to generate potential leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (e.g., assist customers with shipping).
