Archway is seeking a Print Solutions & Client Services Representative in Norcross, GA, with a hybrid work model combining virtual and onsite duties at our Norcross facility. The role bridges Fortune 500 client needs and our internal print operations, handling POD programs and artwork routing.

The ideal candidate has a background in commercial print workflows, strong organizational skills, and a track record in client services and prepress operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in client services, print production management, or prepress operations.

Responsibilities

• Print-on-Demand (POD) program setup and job spec capture across AW Connect and InkCloud.
• Artwork management and prepress routing to ensure accuracy and timely production.
• Coordinate item setup and data, load specs into Item Manager, secure prepress thumbnails.
• Template and artwork verification with clients to finalize variable data rules.
• Substrate testing and production troubleshooting for new or modified products.
• Provide technical consultations on paper substrates, finishes, and production options.
• Oversee seasonal proofs, ensure version control before release to full production.
• Administer access for new production system users and maintain security.
• Act as primary client liaison for marketing print, store launches, and campaign objectives.
• Deliver consultative guidance on project execution, materials, and inventory planning.
• Monitor SKU inventory trends to support on-time grand openings and campaigns.
• Coordinate requests across prepress, production, and distribution teams.
• Track monthly quality and invoicing data with the Client Services Manager.
