Job summary

Staples in New Jersey is seeking Print Supervisors to lead a team in selling total print and marketing solutions. You will connect with customers, build lasting relationships, and drive store goals while fostering a collaborative, high-energy retail culture.

You will coach associates, manage priorities, and use Salesforce to grow customer relationships and sales. This role requires a flexible schedule and a hands-on leadership approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule based on store needs.
• Experience directing a team or supervising others while managing many priorities.
• Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, email, and use Microsoft Word (or similar programs).
• Attention to detail and keen eye for noticing quality issues.
• Experience overcoming objection and engaging with customers to understand their needs.
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced environment.
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner.
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Physical ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously.
