Staples is hiring a Print Specialist to provide exceptional customer service in the Print Solutions department. You will assist customers, capture project details, and offer total print solutions using in-store equipment and services.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule based on store needs.
• Ability to work with many customers to provide a total solution.
• Attention to detail and ability to spot quality issues.
• Basic computer skills to open, save and send files and use Word.
• Collaborative in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Ability to lift and move supplies (10–50 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the Print Solutions dept and respond quickly.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand copy/print needs.
• Use order intake tools to capture project details and offer solutions.
• Assist customers with self-service tasks using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions during consultations to generate leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties (e.g., assist shipping).
