Job summary

Intermountain Print Center – Salt Lake City is seeking a part-time Print and Sign Services Coordinator to route jobs, manage deadlines, and ensure quality for forms, pamphlets, posters, and marketing materials. Responsibilities include coordinating digital and finishing workflows, maintaining production records, and collaborating with design and fulfillment teams to meet customer deadlines with accuracy.

29 hours per week, Tuesday through Friday 10am–5pm and Saturday 9am–noon in Salt Lake City,

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience and expertise working with printers and finishing equipment
• Knowledge of pre-flight requirements for printing

Responsibilities

• Route jobs to print center, sign shop or design team and meet deadlines
• Oversee quality assurance for printed materials
• Provide accurate pricing and ensure timely delivery
• Plan and coordinate print/design projects of varying scale
• Maintain records of production, job tickets and workflow
• Collaborate with design, solutions, finishing and fulfillment teams
• Follow safety and housekeeping standards
• Uphold ethical standards
