Job summary

Undisclosed is seeking a Print Operator to lead Print Shop activities, operating HP latex, Epson proofing, Kongsberg tables, and some 3D printing. You will follow SOPs, work orders, and verbal directions to ensure high-quality output and maintain equipment.

You will create SOPs for process, materials, safety, and quality, manage raw materials and spare parts, perform preventive maintenance, train staff, and maintain production records, color controls, and finished packaging.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of products: color, pattern, size, thickness.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure.
• Competent computer skills to operate printers.
• 3–5 years in a custom print environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Control print-related activities and ensure quality.
• Custom printing of work orders from artwork provided.
• Proofread orders for consistency and accuracy.
• Prepare materials and ensure correct printing.
• Maintain inventory of raw materials and spare parts.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Train and develop assigned staff.
• Document color controls, QC records, and finished packaging.
