Office Depot is seeking a Retail Print Manager to drive print sales and service growth in a high-volume store. You will lead all print production operations, manage equipment and supplies, and foster a customer-centric environment aligned with Office Depot values.

You will also act as a Key Carrier, opening/closing the store, and coordinating with a team to deliver quality print materials and excellent service while supporting community engagement and store performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years management experience or equivalent internal development.
• Experience in Print Center operations.
• Experience with logistics, freight, and visual merchandising.

Responsabilités

• Owns delivering memorable customer experiences in the Print Department.
• Lead sales techniques and training in print and storewide.
• Coach and develop associates to improve print processes.
• Operate all equipment in Print Services and ensure orders are on time.
• Open and close the store as Key Carrier and manage security.
