Job summary

Office Depot Conway is seeking a Retail Print Manager to lead print services in a high-volume store. You will oversee print production, equipment, and supplies while delivering outstanding customer experiences and contributing to sales growth.

You will train and coach teammates, ensure accuracy and timeliness of orders, and act as a key carrier with on-duty leadership responsibilities, including opening and closing the store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years management experience or equivalent internal development.
• Experience in Print Center operations.
• Experience with logistics, freight, and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Owns delivering memorable customer experiences in the Print Department.
• Lead print production, equipment, and supplies management.
• Coach associates and develop print selling techniques.
• Open and close the store as a Key Carrier, with safety duties.
