Job summary

Do it Best Group in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Print Services Lead to oversee daily print workflows, scheduling, and production meetings. This role reports to the Marketing Services Manager and supports operational objectives while keeping safety and quality at the forefront.

The position requires coordinating with vendors, managing project scope, and mentoring team members to ensure timely, accurate delivery of print and mail services. Local travel to vendors is expected.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience managing projects.
• Experience managing large projects from print production to distribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily print services workflow and monitor job submissions.
• Set and monitor print schedules and run daily production meetings.
• Communicate with manager to support operational objectives.
• Delegate work to team and provide feedback to management.
• Maintain accuracy and quality across projects.
