Responsibilities

• Digital Print Operations: Operate printing equipment and manage files using Q-Direct software
• Printer Management: Run high speed Xerox and ink jet printers to complete assigned print jobs
• File Review: Examine failed processes to identify incorrect or problematic files
• Bindery Tasks: Use bindery machines to cut, bind, or prepare printed materials for distribution
• Customer Service: Assist at the pick up window and provide clear answers to customer questions
• Packaging Work Orders: Prepare completed jobs for shipping by boxing or packing materials
