Print-O-Stat in Hanover, PA is seeking a reliable Production Associate for a hybrid role that blends hands-on manufacturing with administrative support. You will help with daily production tasks, prepare materials, and assist customers at the front desk.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years in production, print, office administration, customer service, or related field.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 55 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Support daily production activities and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare, organize, and process materials for production, including printing and scanning.
• Assist with general production tasks and equipment, with training provided.
• Welcome visitors, assist walk-in customers, and answer incoming calls.
• Provide responsive and courteous customer service, including troubleshooting customer needs.
• Perform administrative duties like filing, mail distribution, and data entry.
• Maintain office and production areas in an organized manner.
• Deliver completed orders to clients as needed.
