Job summary

Qualifications

• One year as a Print Production Operator or equivalent federal/state role.
• One year of experience operating print or mail insertion equipment or similar machinery.
• Equivalent combination of experience and training acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume digital printers and verify job requirements to produce materials on schedule.
• Set up and run intelligent inserters to process time-sensitive mail.
• Inspect printed output for correct data placement, color, paper usage, and printer recovery.
• Complete bindery tasks such as binding, banding, padding, and preparing materials for delivery.
• Perform daily equipment maintenance, clear jams, replace consumables, and make minor repairs.
• Lead production tasks by assigning work, training staff, and supervising quality control.
