Job summary

Print-O-Stat in Hanover, PA, is seeking a reliable Production Associate for a hybrid role that blends hands-on production work with administrative and customer service duties. You will support daily production operations, prepare materials, assist customers, answer calls, and help maintain organized production and office areas while delivering responsive service and accurate orders.

Required: High School Diploma or GED, at least two years in production/office/customer service, strong attention

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in production, print, office administration, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 55 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production activities and assist with completing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare, organize, and process materials for production, including printing and scanning as needed.
• Assist with general production tasks and equipment, with training provided.
• Review customer requests and orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Welcome visitors, assist walk-in customers, and answer incoming calls.
• Provide responsive and courteous customer service, including troubleshooting and resolving customer needs.
• Process print-related requests and perform general administrative duties, including filing, mail distribution, and data entry.
• Maintain office supplies, production areas, and general work areas in an organized manner.
• Deliver completed orders to clients as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
