Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Service Specialist to join our client locations. You will provide copy, print, scan services, floor coordination, and general hospitality support, working with site teams to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years in production/printing, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. You’ll report to the Site Manager or Supervisor and may work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years' work experience, preferably in a production, copy, print or scanning environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater.

Responsibilities

• Provide Copy Services including accurately producing copy, print and scan projects per written instructions.
• Provide Floor Coordination including the upkeep of copy rooms and stocking of general supplies, delivery of paper and basic daily maintenance.
• Work independently on production assignments, often without direct supervision.
• Ensure all projects have been properly completed and quality checked.
• Other duties as required and assigned which may include hospitality services and mail duties.
