Job summary

Duncan-Parnell Inc. in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Print Production Associate to coordinate customer print orders from receipt to delivery. You will prepare digital files, operate in-house printing equipment, and complete finishing tasks while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

You will provide responsive customer service, manage files and work orders in P21, and help maintain a safe, organized production area. Some travel to the Morrisville branch may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to use core Microsoft applications (Windows, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of safety rules for production operations and equipment use.

Responsibilities

• Review and preflight digital files for accuracy and print readiness.
• Operate large- and small-format printing equipment to produce documents.
• Complete finishing, binding, and packing for delivery.
• Scan originals, save files, and prepare materials for delivery to customers.
• Inspect work for quality and adherence to specs before distribution.
• Provide customer service by handling calls and entering orders in P21.
• Monitor production emails, manage files, and create accurate work orders.
• Maintain safe, organized production workspace and follow procedures.
• Travel to the Morrisville branch to provide coverage as needed.
