Job summary

PostNet West Ashley in Charleston, SC is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to assist customers with printing and shipping needs, along with clerical duties. The role requires a quick thinker with an upbeat personality to thrive in a busy retail/production environment.

Hours include 9:00am-5:30pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 10:00am-2:30pm (up to 3 Saturdays per month); no Sundays or nights. Prior print/copy center experience is a huge plus and there is room for advancement.

Qualifications

• Print/copy center experience would be a huge plus.
• Must be able to stand behind a sales counter for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with printing and shipping needs and perform clerical duties as needed.
• Operate in a fast-paced retail/production environment with attention to detail and shifting priorities.
