Job summary

Dealer Owned Warranty Company LLC in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a Production & Fulfillment Coordinator/Press Operator to manage order fulfillment and print production, producing high-quality marketing materials on a digital press and ensuring timely deliveries. You will set up print jobs, monitor quality, assist with packing and shipping, and support cross-functional teams.

• Minimum of 2+ years experience operating a digital print press.
• Experience with print finishing, mailing, or inserter equipment.
• Familiarity with shipping systems and procedures.
• Experience with the FPi 7140 Folder Inserter preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and in a team.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Dependable with strong time management skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand frequently.

• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to prioritize print requests.
• Assist the shipping team with order fulfillment requests.
• Verify shipment contents against order requests for accuracy.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate restocking as needed.
• Organize and maintain warehouse/storage areas for efficient processing.
• Assist with receiving shipments and managing inventory records.

Job Summary:

The Production & Fulfillment Coordinator/Press Operator plays a dual role, responsible for both order fulfillment and print production operations. This role's primary responsibility is to produce high-quality marketing materials using a digital printing press. This individual will help ensure timely delivery of shipments and maintain consistent production of printed collateral to support internal teams and external clients. At times this individual will occasionally assist with accurately packing and shipping outbound materials.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Own running the folder and mail inserting machine
• Operate and maintain digital printing equipment to produce marketing materials, brochures, flyers, direct mail pieces, and branded collateral
• Set up print jobs, monitor output quality, and perform basic troubleshooting of print equipment
• Complete paper cutting using a 26-inch Guillotine Cutter
• Ensure all printed materials meet company branding and quality standards
• Manage print schedules to meet deadlines for internal departments and external campaigns
• Package completed print materials for shipment or internal distribution
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to prioritize print requests
• Assist the shipping team with order fulfillment requests
• Verify shipment contents against order requests to ensure accuracy
• Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate restocking as needed
• Organize and maintain warehouse/storage areas for efficient order processing
• Assist with receiving incoming shipments and managing inventory records

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 2+ years experience operating a digital print press
• Experience with print finishing, mailing, or inserter equipment
• Familiarity with shipping systems and procedures
• Experience on the FPi 7140 Folder Inserter preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high-level of spelling accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, and collaboratively in a team environment
• Basic computer skills required
• Dependable with strong time management skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
• Frequent bending, lifting, and standing

40 Hours per week: 8:30AM-5PM or 9AM-5:30PM
