Responsibilities

  • Operate high-volume copiers, printers, scanners, and print production equipment to complete copying, scanning, binding, finishing, and document production requests.
  • Handle confidential legal documents with accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Process, sort, scan, distribute, and deliver incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipments.
  • Maintain copier areas, supply rooms, service logs, inventory records, billing logs, and equipment records in an organized and accurate manner.
  • Troubleshoot basic equipment issues, clear paper jams, monitor supplies, and coordinate service requests when needed.
  • Provide professional customer service support to legal staff, attorneys, managers, and other office users while meeting tight deadlines.

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Print Production Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting a busy legal office environment in Baltimore, MD. This role is ideal for someone with print production, copy center, document services, mailroom, or legal office support experience who enjoys delivering accurate, high-quality work in a fast-paced professional setting.

The Print Production Specialist will primarily support high-volume printing, copying, scanning, binding, and document production, while also assisting with mailroom operations, shipping and receiving, document services, and hospitality support. This is a great opportunity to build experience in the legal services industry while working with legal secretaries, paralegals, attorneys, project managers, and executive-level users.

The work environment is professional, team-oriented, and service-driven, with opportunities to develop technical print production skills, strengthen office services experience, and contribute to the smooth daily operation of a high-performing legal office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate high-volume copiers, printers, scanners, and print production equipment to complete copying, scanning, binding, finishing, and document production requests.
  • Handle confidential legal documents with accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour.
  • Job Type: Temp-to-Hire, 4+ month contract, temp-to-engage.
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
  • Location: Baltimore, MD 21202.
Required Qualifications and Skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal industry environment is highly preferred.
  • Previous print production, copy center, mailroom, or document services experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of electronics and equipment troubleshooting preferred.
  • Experience with scanning, file conversion, file naming, OCR, and electronic document preparation preferred.
  • Experience supporting conference room setups, office moves, or general office services in a professional services environment preferred.
